Orders for the Netherlands that have been placed before 20.00 will be delivered the next working day. Orders for the rest of Europe can take up to 1-5 working days to be delivered. The delivery time to destinations outside of Europe can differ per country and in some cases can take up to 15 working days. Expect deliveries to the United States to take up to 5 working days.
The shipping costs within the Netherlands are free of charge for orders above 20 euros. For orders below 20 euros or for orders being sent outside of the Netherlands, the delivery cost will be shown at the checkout.

Yes, however we cannot ship to PO Boxes outside of Europe.
We support several payment methods depending on which country your payment account is located in. You can find the payment methods at the bottom of our website. If you have any questions about this, please contact us via our customer service.
Your online payment will be processed via the Mollie secure payment platform, which you will be automatically forwarded to.
You will find your expected delivery date in your Shipping Confirmation email. Please wait until this date for your order to arrive. Please also take into consideration any local delays in your area that may stop your delivery from arriving on time. If your estimated delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email [email protected] so we can help you further.
If you are not happy with your purchased item(s) for any reason, please first email [email protected] to let us know you will be returning an item. Please note, orders can only be returned within 14 days after it has been delivered and will be at your own cost and risk.

Any sum debited by us from your credit card, PayPal or bank account will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible. This is only in the event that we have received the items within 30 days of your placed order and that the items returned are in the same good condition they were delivered to you.
