During her psychology studies and her career at market research agency IPM KidWise, Stefanie Jansen was thoroughly trained in designing, implementing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative research and uncovering consumer insight. Although an all-rounder, Stefanie’s target group specialization (and her passion) has always been children, youth, and families. In 2007 she became self-employed and established herself as a co-creation expert. Stefanie always puts the consumer first, and to her, co-creation is the only logical way to get from key insight to successful innovation.
After his study in Hospitality Management and various jobs in different countries, Maarten Pieters joined a multidisciplinary team of innovation experts and co-founded the international innovation agency Flare. Here Maarten learned that his passion lies in developing new products and services with real value for the end-users. To him, a central role for end-users in the development process is more than obvious! Since the beginning of 2016 Maarten is Head of Co-creation and People Research at Philips Lighting N.V. His mission is to help Philips Lighting transform from a product-driven organization into a people-driven, co-creative organization.
