Christof Zürn

Christof Zürn is a multidisciplinary strategy facilitator, lecturer, and creative companion based in the Netherlands. Christof is a joiner by trade and has an MA in Musicology, Philosophy and History of Arts at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.  He helps leaders and teams turn complexity into clarity using the Music Thinking Framework, which applies musical principles and dynamics to business, strategy, and co-creation.

Books and Cards
Christof is the author of The Power of Music Thinking (BIS Publishers, 2022), which shows how musical analogies like "Listen, Tune, Play, Perform" help teams collaborate meaningfully across silos. He also created the Jam Cards (BIS Publishers, 2018), a physical deck of trigger prompts designed to stimulate creative alignment, dialogue, and collaborative problem-solving.

Workshop
The interactive masterclass, Lead Teams that Jam like an Orchestra, uses different music thinking instruments to transform team collaboration. Without needing any musical skills, teams learn a fresh approach to navigate complex change, co-creation, and agile team-play. This hands-on, learning-by-doing session is designed for leadership and project teams and can be booked in-company or for events.
