Through play
“The Paidia Principle” presents play as a powerful way of working, thinking, and leading. In a world focused on control and certainty, this book offers an alternative: a well played path toward agency, balance, and confident decision making.
Through play, readers learn how to work with what drives them, challenges them, and sets them apart, and turn this into a source of direction and strength. Rather than avoiding uncertainty, the book shows how to engage with it, opening up space for new choices and ways of acting.
Written for educators, designers, and creative professionals, this book provides a grounded and practical approach to navigating complexity and taking ownership in an ever changing world.
