Michiel Schwarz is an independent cultural thinker, curator, sociological writer and consultant interested in how the future is shaped by culture. Developing projects from his Amsterdam-based Sustainism Lab. He is the co-creator of the 2010 Sustainism manifesto (with Joost Elffers) which launched the word ‘sustainism’ in the public arena.
Diana Krabbendam is a social design producer and director of the Amsterdam-based network The Beach for creative innovation. Diana’s career as a designer is inspired by a desire to contribute to a more social and sustainable society. As her career as a designer evolved, she became interested in how design can help to solve complex societal issues, leading her to focus her work on "creative innovation".
