Marzia Aricò is a design leader, consultant, coach, author, and public speaker. She helps organisations transform through design, working at the intersection of business, design, and organisational change across more than twenty sectors. She holds a PhD in Organisational Studies from Copenhagen Business School, where she trained as an organisational researcher.
